About us

Simon Davey set up Ventnor Property Services Ltd in 2006 as a natural progression of his building and property maintenance business as a sole trader. Having been trading for ten years Simon moved to Hove in 2005 and has never looked back.

The company now has one full time member of staff and Simon runs things from his home in Sackville Road. Simon says “ Initially I was worried about moving to the Brighton and Hove area and having to leave behind nearly ten years of happy clients but the move to Hove in 2005 turned out to be a positive one. The city offers plenty of work and although there is quite a bit of competition, we find ourselves busier than ever”.

Simon says “although the company is small with only myself and one employee, we do have a tried and tested merry band of sub contractors that we have worked with on many projects over a number of years. All these different trades compliment our own skills and allow us to undertake all kinds of work from small repairs to more major projects”.
